Oven was certainly not 'New other' or 'lightly used' as described. One oven door was bent, a knob was broken and there were other scratches not shown in the photos. The only reason they collected the item at their cost was because I raised a dispute with eBay. It's a real shame as the seller was quick to respond and was courteous throughout. If the product had matched the description, it would be in my kitchen!
